Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), this page describes the methods of processing personal data. This information notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR. Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on this site and/or completion of data collection forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.

3. Purpose, legal basis, data retention period and nature of provision
Purpose of processing
Browsing this website.
The data necessary for the use of web services are also processed for the purpose of:
- obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- ensuring the proper functioning of the services offered.
Data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cyber crimes against the website.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by third parties, provided that such interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, taking into account the reasonable expectations of the data subject and the activities strictly necessary for the functioning of the website and browsing itself (Art. 6(1)(f) and Recital 47 GDPR).

Legal basis
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Recital 44) pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention period
Maximum 12 months.
Nature of provision
Provision of data is mandatory. Failure to provide the required data will result in the inability to be contacted and receive information.
5. Data recipients
Personal data may be communicated, also based on the purposes set out in specific sections, to parties who will process the data as independent Data Controllers or as Data Processors (Art. 28 GDPR) and processed by natural persons (Art. 29 GDPR) acting under the authority of the Controller and Processors on the basis of specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing. Data may be disclosed to recipients belonging to the following categories:
- Entities providing services for the website and communication networks, including email services, hosting and website management;
- For the “Work with us” section, entities responsible for managing recruitment activities;
- Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or public authority provisions, upon request.

6. Transfers outside the EEA
Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Personal data are processed using traditional manual, electronic and automated means. It is specified that no fully automated decision-making processes are carried out.
8. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise your rights pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR by contacting the Data Controller at info@advantor.it or at the contact details indicated above. You have the right at any time to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18). The Data Controller communicates (Art. 19) any rectification, erasure or restriction of processing carried out to each recipient to whom personal data have been disclosed. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of such recipients if requested. Where applicable, you have the right to data portability (Art. 20) and in such cases your data will be provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You have the right to object (Art. 21) at any time to processing based on legitimate interest. If you believe that the processing of personal data carried out by the Controller infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State where you habitually reside or work or where the alleged infringement occurred (Italian Data Protection Authority https://www.garanteprivacy.it/), or to seek judicial remedy.
9. Changes to this notice
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this notice. To facilitate verification and updates, the notice will indicate the date of update.
